Therapy Programs

Yampa Valley Autism Program believes that therapy should not be used to “fix” people.  People are not broken.  Instead, we use therapy to teach skills that may not come easily to some people, like social skills or ways to work around gaps in executive functioning.  We strive to help children and youth to accomplish their goals and live their best life.

YVAP employs two Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who lead a therapy program based on positive reinforcement, kindness, and respect for differences.
